Administration Manager Temporary

We are looking for a highly skilled Administration Manager to supervise daily support operations for our Preston branch and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will work and lead an existing team to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and will be well versed in departmental procedures and policies. You will be able to actively discover and implement new ways to do the job more efficiently and effectively and to oversee the support operations of the branch, to function properly.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Administration Manager
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Experienced in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with strong leadership skills
  • Immediate start
