Our prices are very competitive, with no minimum amounts or call-out rates. You only pay for what you need. Before agreeing a service with you, we will send you a detailed breakdown of the services to be provided and the price we will charge
Our services are tailored to your individual needs. We offer a full range of personal care, including help with washing, dressing and medication, as well as domestic help, such as cleaning and light housework. Our carers will also help you with shopping and escorting you to appointments. You tell us what you need and we will discuss with you how we can meet those needs.
We at Ark aim to match you with a carer who best meets your needs. You may have more than one carer depending on your needs. However, we will discuss this with you when we plan your care. If for any reason your carer needs to be changed, we will discuss this with you in advance and introduce your new carer's details.
All our carers receive a full induction to ensure they are ready and able to deliver care services. They also receive ongoing training, including National Vocational Qualifications, as well as specialised training. All of this is supported by our own Ark training centre.
There is no minimum amount of service or length of time you must use our services. You stay in control of what you want and when you want it.
All of our care workers are fully vetted. This means they have been interviewed by us, had their references checked and had a Criminal Records Bureau check. Once working for us, they receive regular supervision and training. Most importantly, we will ask you what you think of your care workers, to ensure we maintain your happiness at all times.
Before you commit to using our care service, we will discuss how we can best meet your needs. This will include arranging your carer's visiting times to fit in with your home life.
