Further Successful Ark Acquisitions

Our acquisition of six Anchor Trust home care operations has been successfully concluded with the help of private equity partners Ashridge Capital and Core Capital. We have taken over six Anchor home care operations located in Yorkshire, the Midlands and London. Welcome aboard to all 460 Anchor staff that have transferred directly to Ark.
The Anchor operations complement perfectly our growing network and will enable us to expand the range of services we offer across a broader geographical base. We estimate that a further 500 nurses and care workers will be required to facilitate our expansion.
