Ark was founded in June 2010, when we acquired three well-respected independent local providers. In April 2011 we created Complex Care to help people who need more substantial, long-term health-based services.In early 2010, Ark’s management team sought to establish a new and different care provider. They felt that there was an opportunity in the home healthcare market to provide care both differently and better than existing organisations. This vision became a reality in June 2010 when Ark completed its first three acquisitions of highly respected local care companies. Since this time Ark has grown significantly and has continuously developed its offering. Ark now provides a full range of home-based healthcare services to the whole community through a team of highly qualified carers. Ark’s management team has substantial experience in the sector and Ark has been developed from day one to reflect the changing requirements of today’s market and clients. Ark’s philosophy is one of putting its client and its carers at the centre of everything it does. Ark believes it is vital to ensure that its front line services are aided by market-leading systems and support.
